Women of Ashland County and beyond are invited to attend the first annual Women's Wellness Workshop. Together, at this "Girls Night Out" you'll explore several options of fitness, portion sizes and food choices that lead to a healthier lifestyle. The workshop will feature at least six local fitness experts who will have you participating in a rotation of simple exercises you can do at home or a gym to start on the road to good health. (***Dress appropriate for a workout). A healthy dinner is also provided to all attendees by Chef Weibel focusing on power foods.

Chef Michelle Bommarito, a nine-time Food Network competitor is an accomplished chef of the historic Waldorf-Astoria, a personal chef to Michael Jordan, has made many appearances on Martha Stewart's show, is a motivational speaker and popular TV/radio personality. She presents and speaks both nationally and internationally about "power foods" and healthy eating habits.
