Join Samantha for this special event with the community celebrating all mothers, mothers-to-be, women in the role of mothers, mothers of pets, daughters, sisters, friends, fellow yogis, and loved ones. Be a part of Studio Rise's peaceful and nurturing environment while having the opportunity to stretch, tone, strengthen, reduce stress, smile, laugh, and learn how to connect with yourself and loved ones both on and off the mat. Start with a dynamic, all-levels 75-minute flow class followed by a Mandala painting session upstairs. Enjoy treats, refreshments, laughter, and connection. After all, YOU deserve it.
