Join us on Sunday July 7th at 7 – 7:45 PM for a Swing Dance/Jitterbug class preceding our 8 PM event, Mark Watson Swing Band.
Valerie Salstrom has studied and danced Lindy Hop, Jitterbug, Balboa, Charleston and multiple forms of Shag since the late 90’s when she founded her Cleveland-based swing dance company, Get Hep Swing. She has been a consistent favorite on the national and international teaching and judging scene for many years. Her playful and encouraging approach to teaching is appreciated by students of all ages, levels and abilities.
The class is free and open to the public and participants will be able to dance to the big band after the lesson when Valerie and her partner demonstrate their skills.
