Food Vendor Information

We are seeking food vendors to be a part of our PigMania BBQ & Music Festival! This festival will feature bbq, steak, live music, craft vendors and more. We are expecting between 400-600 guests at this year’s event.

Cost of exhibit space: Space will be $50 plus 10% of Gross sales.

Feel free to accept cash or credit cards at your booth. Percentage of sales to be paid out at the end of each evening to PigMania.

Vendor is NOT permitted to sell any Beverages.

Craft/Commercial Vendor Information

We are seeking commercial vendors to be a part of our PigMania BBQ & Music Festival! Artisans; Gifts; Specialty Items; Crafty Creations; Commercial Vendors + more are welcome! We are expecting between 400-600 guests at this year’s event.

Cost of exhibit space: $30 for 10x10 booth space

Optional 8’ table and 2 chairs for rent: $20.

Vendor also has the option to upgrade to a Supporting Sponsor for an additional $100, which upgrades to a 10x20 booth space, company logo with hyperlink on PigMania website, logo placement on banner at event entrance, and recognition on PigMania's Facebook page.

Sponsorship Information

We have multiple sponsorship levels available and each sponsorship package is customizable to each company’s budget and advertising needs. Email Christina at cyoung@pigmaniabbq.com for sponsorship opportunities.

 

Band Submissions

We are currently working on booking Ashlands' best local talent for our festival. Rock, Country, alternative rock, bluegrass, jazz, funk, and blues are all welcome.

*NO COVER BANDS PLEASE*

If you're interested in performing, please send a link to your music, artist/band Facebook page, website if applicable, in addition, to a short artist/band bio, booking fees, availability for Oct. 12th, how long your set times generally run, and any other important information for booking your band. All bands/artists must be located in Ashland, OH area.

ACSA Pro/Am Steak Competition

ACSA Steak Judging Class

Have you ever wondered how the judges at professional steak competitions choose a winner? This one day class will give you a chance to become an ACSA certified steak judge and become a member of the American Competitive Steak Association.

The class entry fee is only $50 and includes a lesson on the steak and one ancillary item turned in during competition, what to look for when judging steak, what is allowed in the turn in boxes and how to put all the tools together to judge a successful ACSA competition. After learning all the tips and rules, you’ll put those lessons to the test with real steak cooked by an award winning team.

You must pre-register for the class, walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Volunteering

We need about 20 volunteers for this year’s event for various shifts throughout the day. Volunteer tasks include but are not limited to:

- Setup/tear down of event

- Pop/refreshment sales

- Beer tent (must be 21+ to work in this booth)

- Assisting with BBQ & steak competitions

- Assisting elsewhere around the festival as needed

Please wear close-toed shoes and comfortable pants as you will be moving around and may be lifting heavy objects. PigMania will be providing you with a t-shirt. Also make sure to dress weather appropriate, as we will be working outside!

After your shift is over you are free to enjoy the festival!
